Brief:

Slidr started preparing for their planned growth phase, but they were lacking the ideal infrastructure. Their team used mainly social media to engage existing followers and acquire new customers with a highly manual process that didn’t use any behaviour-based retargeting, customer segmentation, and tagging.

What We Did:

We build a complex funnel integrating lead generation, acquisition, and retention processes. Within the funnel, we used multiple touchpoints: Facebook/Instagram, Facebook ads, Google Adwords and email campaigns. We also migrated their processes into new tools to automate them as much as possible.

Results:

After 6 months we were able to reduce their acquisition cost by 89% and increase the checkout conversion rate by 58%.
